Whether you’re a seasoned fitness fanatic or it’s your very first experience, finding your comfort zone in a new gym or class is vital for you to make a commitment to get or stay more active. As it is with many new experiences, the hardest part is often just getting over the threshold. So to make it the easy part, we give you a choice. You can either pay as you go (no need to commit just yet) or go for the savings of a regular use membership. Up to you.
find your level
Meet the team, find your level and push on to the next. After a few simple checks, we’ll have a baseline to work from, set goals and build a programme that works perfectly for where you are now. Even if you’re already familiar with our centres and gym equipment, you’ll benefit from this coaching session. We can help iron out bad habits and get you into the latest techniques, equipment and concepts. Maybe mix things up a bit to keep the experience fresh and interesting, with alternatives like yoga, HIIT and swimming.
time for some PT
Personal training isn’t just for people who want to be super fit. It’s for learning how to apply different types of exercise, diet and nutrition to help you reach your goals and lead a healthier, more active life. Personal trainers provide invaluable expertise, support and the motivation to help you push the limits. This complimentary 30-minute taster session will challenge you and help you get the most out of your active time.

Time to put all that theory into practice. Just three visits a week is a tried-and-tested formula for developing and keeping up an active lifestyle. To help you on your way, here’s a little incentive. Attend any 10 sessions and we’ll reward you with a one-hour personal training session – plus a free, five-day guest pass for a friend. Work out in the gym, go to a few classes, swim a few lengths of the pool, and you’re there.

An hour-long, one-to-one session with an expert to review progress, set new goals, create new challenges and try new activities and equipment. Remember, to help you stay well and feeling good, this needs to be a lifelong commitment. And we’re with you every step of the way.
