Our centres are currently closed
All of our centres, including our head office, are currently closed until further notice.
Direct debit payments for membership and swimming lessons have been automatically frozen from Friday 20 March 2020.While we are closed, we are unfortunately unable to process membership changes or respond to membership queries.
What happens to my direct debit?
We have automatically applied a payment freeze for all of our members while the centres are closed. We will not apply a charge to your account during this time. We will let you know when the centres reopen and payments are due to restart.
What happens to my annual membership?
Annual memberships, lessons and courses have been automatically frozen while the centres are closed. Once we reopen we will restart your membership, lesson or course, and extend the end date as appropriate.
I have paid £5 per month to freeze my membership – what happens with this?
There will be no further payments while the centres are closed.
Will I get a refund for any closures?
Memberships, lessons and courses have been automatically frozen and no payments are being taken. We will not be processing any refunds at this time.
Why should I not cancel my membership, lesson or course?
While the centres are closed memberships, lessons and courses have been automatically frozen and no further payments are being taken until we reopen. This means you will retain your membership or lesson/course place, but will not have to pay anything while the centre is closed.
I have an event booked – what’s happening with that?
If you have an event booked while the centre is closed, our events team will be in touch with you directly.
How long will you be closed for?
We are working closely with our local authority partners and monitoring updates from the Government. We will be updating our website, app and social media pages as soon as we have more information.
I want to keep exercising, what are my options?
We’ve created some workouts for you to follow from the comfort of your own home. There’s no equipment needed, and they’re suitable for all fitness levels. Let us know how you get on by tagging us in your social posts @bhliveactive
