All centres temporarily closed

Updated: 16.30 Wednesday 30 December 2020

Following the Government’s announcement on Wednesday 30 December 2020, all of our leisure centres are temporarily closed.
We will continue to monitor Government guidance and keep you informed with any developments and news of a reopening date.

While the centres are closed, memberships, lessons and courses have been automatically frozen and no further payments are being taken until we reopen. Unfortunately, direct debits collections for January have already been processed. When the leisure centres reopen, and activities resume, your next payment will be adjusted to reflect the period of closure. This means you will retain your membership or lesson/course place but will not have to pay anything while the centre is closed.

If you have a membership with us you do not need to do anything – we’ll be in touch to explain what’s happening and we’ll be regularly updating our website, mobile app and social media pages.

If you have any questions please visit our help centre as you may find what you need there.

If you have an event booking that is affected, we will be in touch with you directly.

If you do send us a question, please bear with us. Colleagues from our customer service team are working and responding as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and we look forward to welcoming you back as soon as we can.
