When will BH Live Active at Home be available?

BH Live Active at Home is now available for selected membership types. Go to the login page here on the website or head to the app.

Which membership types get access?

If you are 18+, and have an activated unlimited or gym and swim membership, you will be able to access BH Live Active at Home.

My membership is frozen – can I still access the classes?

You’d need to unfreeze your membership to access the classes. Please contact our membership team to unfreeze your membership. 

What ages are the activities suitable for?

18+

How do I login?

There are login links on the dedicated webpage and the BH Live Active app.
You will need to use the same password and login you use to access activity bookings. 

What are my login details?

Use the same password and login you use to access your activity bookings online and via the app – if you haven’t updated your password recently, please visit our website https://my.bhliveactive.org.uk/Connect/MemberManagement/MRMpasswordrequest.aspx and follow the prompts. Your new password must be at least 8 characters in length and contain at least; 

  • 1 upper case letter 
  • 1 lower case letter 
  • 1 number 
  • 1 special character such as £, %, -, @ 
I’ve forgotten my username / password

Follow the prompts to reset your login details. Your new password must be at least 8 characters in length and contain at least; 

  • 1 upper case letter 
  • 1 lower case letter 
  • 1 number 
  • 1 special character such as £, %, -, @ 
I have tried to log in but get a message saying I need to upgrade my membership?

If you are getting a message to upgrade your membership it could be because your membership is either frozen, has expired or does not include BH Live Active at Home. If you have a membership query or would like to unfreeze your membership please ask in centre when we have reopened or contact our membership team

How do I access live classes?

Live classes are advertised and streamed directly through BH Live Active at Home. If you have a membership where BH Live Active at Home is included, you’ll be able to access these classes.

My live class countdown timer is counting down but at 0.00 the class doesn’t start

Try reloading the class or refreshing your page

The live class isn’t loading when I’m watching it via the app

Try logging into BH Live Active at Home via your internet browser (i.e. not via the app)

I have recently taken out a BH Live Digital only membership what do I do next?

If you have taken out a BH Live Active digital only membership, then you’ll need to set up an account.

Click here to request a new password.

Note: please use the same email address you used to join.

Follow the prompts to reset your login details. Your new password must be at least 8 characters in length and contain at least;

  • 1 upper case letter
  • 1 lower case letter
  • 1 number
  • 1 special character such as £, %, -, @

Once you have set up your password, you can then login using these details

Which instructors are running classes and what classes are they offering?

We are so pleased that many of our instructors will be delivering live classes for you to enjoy!

Do I need any equipment?

Some classes you will need equipment – however there are lots of classes that you don’t need any equipment for

Can I borrow / hire equipment from the centre to use?

Sorry not at this time.

Do I have to book onto an activity / class?

No

Do you offer a digital only membership?

Yes – it is £9.99 pcm – available to purchase online – see other memberships section

Can I access classes via my smart TV – how do I access the classes on that?

Yes – connect your device to your smart TV or access via the TV’s web browser  

Who should I speak to if I have any questions about this?

If you have any questions the best thing to do is come and have a chat with us in centre when we have reopened. If however your query is urgent please get in touch using our online contact us form and we’ll come back to you as soon as we can.

I don’t have a membership – can I access the online classes?

Yes –  a £9.99pcm online membership is available  – see our ‘other memberships’ section

 

Is there a free trial I can access?

Sorry no not at this time – at the moment access is via a paid subscription only.
