Swimming is a great activity for all. It promotes social skills, being regularly active, growing confidence in the water, learning a skill for life and creating special bonding moments in the water. Join us in the pool at Littledown in Bournemouth. Lessons follow the Swim England pathway and are delivered by our team of experienced teachers.

Join around 700 boys and girls aged 3-17 playing football at Littledown every weekend. Follow our proven structured football pathway, starting with our indoor coaching academy for 3-5 year-olds, moving on to our outdoor league and cup competition for 6-17 year-olds.

Indoor Group Cycling cardio classes are great for all levels of fitness. And they are lots of fun too. As well as our motivating instructors encouraging you to do your best, colour themes and on-screen visuals will help improve your technique and performance.
