Walking is great for your health. It can help you maintain a healthy weight, improve your cholesterol levels, reduce your blood pressure, keep your heart strong, build healthy muscles and bones, and help your balance and co-ordination. Come and get some fresh air, meet new people and benefit your health. Wear comfortable clothing, supportive shoes or boots and bring a small bottle of water.

As part of the Parks in Mind project, enjoy a gentle walk to Boscombe pier and back.
