Our junior activity programme is back, giving kids the opportunity to stay healthy and active. We have a variety of activities, from Wet & Wacky to 813 Cardio Fit, which are suitable from 15 months up-to 13 year olds. There is something for everyone in our centres across Bournemouth, Poole and Portsmouth.

Frequently Asked Questions

I am happy to reactivate my child’s junior/family membership; do I need to do anything?

If you are happy to reactivate your junior membership in September 2020 you do not need to do anything except familiarise yourself with the safety measures we have put in place, and what you need to know before you visit. You will also need to make sure you have set up your account for online booking as all activities will need to be booked in advance. 

My child is not ready to restart their membership yet, what are my options?

If you are not quite ready to restart your membership, or want to wait a bit longer, you can continue freezing your membership.   If you haven’t already requested this option, select your membership type from the options below and follow the prompts.

I do not want my child to return, how do I cancel?

If would like to cancel your membership, please complete our online cancellation request form. 

When will you be putting on 5-7 and 8-13 classes?

We will continue to add more activities to our junior timetable over the coming weeks. Please continue to check our website and app for further detail and updates.

How do I book my child onto an activity?

All activities  must  be booked ahead of your visit You can do this either via our app or website.

If you were booking online prior to closure you should be able to log in with the same details.   If you have not booked online or via the app before, or you have forgotten your password, please follow these steps.

    • Step 1:  Go to our booking site and reset password  
    • Step 2:  Enter the email address registered (this is the one we have contacted you on) and request new password, you may also be prompted for a member ID – this can be found on your email. 
    • Step 3:  Check your inbox for a password reset email address and follow the instructions. If you are already using this email address for yours, or someone else’s bookings, the passwords must be different. 
    • Step 4:  Go to or our app and log in
Will the activities be available on a pay as you go basis?
