What is on offer for my child at Littledown Juniors?

Preschool, Reception & Year 1 – Soccer Starters & Soccer Stars (coaching sessions) – Tuesday and Saturday – Main Hall

These sessions are run by FA-qualified coaches and focus on the basics of football while incorporating mini-games. Sessions are run in the main hall and are on a pay-as-you-go basis. See below for details on how to book your child.

Year 2 (Under 7s) – Saturday morning – 3G pitches

Under 7s is the next step in our player’s pathway. Children will begin the season with coaching sessions lead by FA-qualified coaches. Each session will consist of a variety of football drills and specialized skills and mini-games. Teams will be created into a mini-league, consisting of friendly, league, and cup matches.

Years 3 to 12

From year 3, children will start the season as part of a team, playing friendlies before moving into league and cup matches for the remainder of the season.

Saturday Morning Leagues

Years 3 & 4 – Under 9s – 3G mini pitches

Year 5 – Under 10s – grass pitches by the cricket pavilion

Year 6 – Under 11s – grass pitches by the cricket pavilion

Year 7 – Under 12s – grass pitches behind 3G pitches

Year 8 – Under 13s – grass pitches behind 3G pitches

Year 9 – Under 14s – 3G pitches

Friday Evening Leagues

Years 10 – Under 15s – 3G pitches – 6:30pm – 7:30pm

Years 11 & 12 – Under 16/17s – 3G pitches – 7:30pm – 8:30pm

How do I enquire about my child joining Littledown Juniors?

Email littledownjuniors@bhlive.org.uk with the following details of your child; full name, date of birth, address & postcode, preferred contact number & email address along with any friend/team requests which we will try our best to accommodate.

Players can join team’s mid-season however will initially be added to a waiting list. When spaces in your child’s age group become available, you will be contacted directly.

What kit does my child need to have?

Children should wear suitable clothing and footwear based on the surface they’ll be playing on. All children must wear shin pads.

Each child will be provided a team jersey at the start of the season. It’s the parent’s responsibility to look after this for the season and must be returned on the final week.

How to book coaching sessions?

If you have not done so previously, you will need to set up and book with a pay as you go account

Complete the registration using your child’s details otherwise booking will not be possible. Once an account has been set up, you can reuse this login for each booking you make for your child.

Each session can be booked up to 7 days in advance. Sessions are £4.00 each, payment is taken at the time of booking.
