Our new menu has launched, with a range of added choices. Pop into the Terrace Café on your next visit to check it out, and let us know your new favourite.

BH Live Active, Stokewood
We would like to welcome our new Gym Senior, Selina. With years of experience and a fountain of knowledge it’s fantastic to have her on board.
Please note there is planned maintenance on 16 March. Access to hot water will be intermittent on this day, we apologise for any inconvenience this causes you. Check the website for updates.

BH Live Active, Littledown
Have you noticed the new TRX MAPS? Complete 3 overhead bodyweight squats, and you’ll receive a full assessment of your mobility and form. You’ll also be emailed a suggested workout on any areas for improvement, and you can check back to see if your score has improved. Find TRX MAPS by the rig. Just stand in front of the screen and it will begin. If you need any assistance please do not hesitate to ask a member of the team.

We look forward to seeing you throughout March – lets hope for a few more drier days as we get ready to put those clocks forward!

Have a great month,
