Our gyms in Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton &amp; Portsmouth hold a great range of cardio and resistance training machines, a functional training area, and a great range of free weights and racks for strength training. Gym sessions only require booking for pay as you go sessions.

Swimming

Relax and unwind following your workout in our spa includes a sauna and steam room (over 16s only).

 <li>No phones or food are permitted in the spa area </li>
 <li>Please read health and safety posters before entering the spa (located on poolside) </li>
