If you have a medical exemption for exercising, including pregnancy or are a student, you may wish to freeze your membership instead.
However, if you still wish to cancel and you have completed your contracted term please complete our cancellation form. One month’s written notice will be required unless you are still within a contract then it will be the remaining term – see membership terms and conditions for details.
Please note that cancellations require one month’s notice and cancellation will be applied after your minimum contract payments have been made, unless with proof of medical reasons or relocation.
We’ve made it easy to freeze, simply complete our freeze your membership form. As long as you fit our membership freeze criteria (see section 6), we will be able to complete your request.

1. Refer a friend promotion is subject to availability. This offer can be withdrawn at any time.
2. To be eligible for this promotion, the referring member must have a current 12-month BH Live Active membership. The offer will not apply if the referring member is in arrears.
3. The offer applies to adult members joining onto a 12-month membership only (excludes junior memberships). Family or Dual members will not receive a full free month, but a discount equivalent to the full Gym, Swim & Class membership price will be applied.
4. This offer will not be accepted for non-members joining together or on the same day.
5. This offer is not applicable if the non-member has had a previous BH Live Active membership in the past 6 months, cancels within 14 days of joining, or goes into default.
6. A referring member can refer multiple members and can receive a month free for each member recommended under the conditions above, limited to a maximum of 6 months free.
