Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking is an enhanced walking technique that uses poles to work your upper body as well as your legs. It gives you a highly effective all body workout. We have two sessions; one at Mountbatten which is aimed for people with long term conditions that may require more support. The other one we venture out in Southsea on Friday, walking down the promenade towards Eastney. We provide equipment but you can also bring your own poles.

The general population or anyone who has a health condition.
