Rob Cunningham, BH Live’s Head of Leisure says,

“As a social enterprise, one of our aims is to encourage more people to take part in physical activity. While many people have returned to visiting their local leisure centre on a regular basis, for some people it’s not been as easy to get back into a routine.

“We want to show that our centres are safe places to visit and we are here for everyone. Well-equipped and friendly, we have lots of different ways for people to enjoy physical activity along with the health and wellbeing benefits it provides.”

Everyone is welcome to come along and try a free gym session (+16 years) or swim and there is no need to book.

See bhliveactive.org.uk or the BH Live Active app for session times and more information.

Gym and public swimming sessions are available on a first come first served basis. Classes and premium pool activities such as Wet and Wacky / Floats and Fun are not included.
