Walking Football

Walking football is aimed at keeping people aged 50+ involved with football if, due to a lack of mobility or for other reason, they are not able to play the traditional game. It is a social and fun activity which has many benefits to physical and mental health.

Who can attend?

Over 50s or anyone that would benefit from a slower pace game.

Please go to the Tennis and Gymnastics Centre and go to reception. They will show you the 3G pitch and where to go.
